Jun, with a PhD from Rutgers, an MBA from Wharton, and a background as a Fortune 500 executive in product strategy, founded InnoSight Financial to empower clients to break free from the limitations of traditional financial tools. His innovative strategies empower clients to achieve true financial freedom and live life fully.

Hi, I’m Jun, and my journey into financial planning started from a deeply personal place. After losing my grandmother to colorectal cancer, I dedicated over a decade to the healthcare industry, driven by a mission to help others avoid that kind of pain. I wasn’t focused on climbing the corporate ladder, but on truly helping people—and that belief took me from a beginner to a top executive at a Fortune 500 company.

But life has a way of teaching us lessons in unexpected ways. During the 2008 financial crisis, I watched my PhD advisor—an esteemed professor—lose nearly half of his retirement savings overnight. He had to delay his retirement by five years, and the stress was overwhelming. That experience made me realize how fragile traditional financial plans could be, and how quickly they could unravel in times of crisis.

As I approached my 40s, I started thinking about my own financial future. Like many, I had trusted 401(k)s and IRAs, but I soon realized they didn’t offer the flexibility or the tax benefits I had expected—especially for those of us who have been diligent savers. It felt frustrating to have money locked away when opportunities came knocking.

That’s when I decided to create something better. I founded InnoSight Financial to offer people a more flexible, secure approach to retirement planning—one that gives you control over your wealth and protects you from the unexpected. My mission is to help you achieve financial freedom, not just by growing your savings, but by empowering you to live the life you want, both now and in retirement.
